Very impressed with the batter they use for their fish. Its triple fried which leaves a unique crispy batter that I have never come across before at a local fish and chip shop. Will definetly come back again.

Went for takeaways but impressed by open, lightfilled, clean area. Their fish is quite different. Sooo tasty and the batter is crispy with something like a tiny rice bubble in it. Need to ensure crisp chips to match. 7 of us ate and all raved!

My "go-to" dishes when getting Chinese takeaway are:
Sweet & Sour Pork,
Beef/Steak in Black Bean Sauce
and Combination Fried Rice,
And this takeaway makes them really well.
But the Sweet & Sour Chicken, was very average, to me. They make it by battering a piece of chicken breast, then cut it into slices & combine it with the veges & sauce. I mentioned this because although I prefer the Sweet & Sour dishes I buy to contain individual meat pieces battered & deep fried (as they do with their Sweet & Sour Pork) I know some people will no doubt prefer the way they do their Sweet Sour Chicken.
